Suspended sentence for Woodcroft man Mark Andrew Golka who shone laser at PolAir helicopter

South Australian man Mark Andrew Golka has avoided jail time after shining an illegal laser at a police helicopter during last year's state-wide COVID-19 lockdown.

The District Court heard the 49-year-old Woodcroft man pointed the powerful laser at the helicopter seven times on November 20, 2020.
