Driver pleads guilty to pursuit charge after police vehicle rammed at Seaford car wash

A man has admitted to ramming a police car while trying to escape arrest at a car wash in Adelaide's south.

Simon Eric Lister, 46, pleaded guilty in the Adelaide Magistrates Court to escaping a police pursuit "in a culpably negligent manner or recklessly or at a speed or in manner that was dangerous to any person".

The court heard Lister was in a stoen car and driving while disqualified at the time of the incident — which was captured on film.
